now on the enhanced 911 Emergency
System thanks to the diligent work of Keith Scholl and Leslie Davis.
The Fire Department office is located at 4 N Merzville Road, next to the County Yard.
Office services available to Forest Lakes residents during business hours are:
- Copy machine use ($.10 each)
- FAX service ($3.00 to send a fax)
- Notary service
- Burn permit applications and permits
- Blood pressure checks when personnel available
- Subdivision maps
If you need a Burn
Permit, please come by the fire station. All permits need to be
renewed. No Charge!
Feel free to stop by and look at the Fire and Medical Equipment available to you and meet some of the Department personnel.

HOURS
The fire station business
office will be open to the general public from 9:00 to 3:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday. It will be closed holidays.
