CODES, COVENANTS, AND RESTRICTIONS
Forest Lakes is divided into a number of
"Units". Each has a separate set of Codes,
Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&R's). The Owners
Association does not enforce the CC&R's or monitor compliance.
This is solely the responsibility of Coconino
County. Complaints should be directed to County
officials.
Copies of these voluminous documents are also available for
inspection at the Forest Lakes Library.
