The regular meeting of the Forest Lakes Owners Association was held at the Chevelon Butte School.

The minutes of the March FLOA Meeting were read by NO-ONE, and on a motion by ________ seconded by _____, were unanimously approved as amended by the officers present. These minutes need to be read. I was unable to attend the May Meeting.

On a motion by Virgilee, seconded by Jack, the treasurer's report was approved by the officers present.

NEWSLETTER: VIRGILEE SCHOLL
MEMBERSHIP: VIRGILEE SCHOLL

WEBMASTER: VIRGILEE SCHOLL Jeannie Van Lew has been on vacation and when she is back the Webpage will be brought up to date
BREAKFAST FRANK Talked about the Pancake Breakfast and asked Carole to cut a check for $500.00 as an advance for the supplies for the Breakfast.
COMPACTOR Sam talked about the fees for the compactor and the fact that the community must come up with 60% of the operational costs. Presently the account has only $336.00. The costs is $36 per quarter or $5.00 a bag.
PHONE BOOKS Jack reported that the phone books are in and cost $1.00. The cost of printing is going up so we will be looking for a new printer for next years book.
JULY 4TH PICNIC Frank asked for volunteers and Bob Mitchell suggested that we meet with the Auxiliary at the end of May’s meeting and divide up the responsibilities.
BLOCK WATCH Diane stated that we need to get more of our people involved in the in the meeting for Block Watch. We also need to check with Diane as to when our areas are having our meetings so she or a representative can attend.
SCHOOL BOARD Jan There are 11 students this year and we may have 5 more next year. School gets out May 23.
AUXILIARY JAN The Auxiliary will be selling Forest Lakes Front License Plates this year for $5.00
