Irene Evans gave the Treasurer's Report through January 31, 2000. Expenses
$10,308.20; assets three CD's totaling $43,248.37 plus checking account balance
of $16,315.20 for a total of $59,563.57 in assets.

Greenleaf reported that Danny Garcia from the Coconino County Public Works
Department will be at the May 20 meeting to discuss road repairs and upgrades.

Ralph Springer reported nothing new. He
is still waiting to hear from Mr. Hayworth. He will also be contacting Senator

Award has been selected. Members are Joan Earl, Art Gaddis, Edna McKnight, Elmer
Hess, and Jack Cartwright. Nomination forms will be in the library and would
like to put in the newsletter. They can be left with committee members or at the
library. Poster will be put around community.

Henry reported problem he has had with phone company and getting line laid.
Discussion was held on various ways that this problem has been solved and
suggestions as to what he can do. Overhead lines that are being put underground
are at no charge to the customer.
