CODES, COVENANTS, AND RESTRICTIONS

Forest Lakes is divided into a number of "Units". Each has a separate set of Codes, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&R's). The Owners Association does not enforce the CC&R's or monitor compliance. This is solely the responsibility of Coconino County. Complaints should be directed to County officials.
